Brenda began work in the corporate world, as an assistant to the CEO of a large cell tower construction company. After the company sold and downsized, Brenda gained the opportunity to delve into real estate, a market she always had the desire to explore. In 2004, Brenda graduated from Barney Fletcher Real Estate School in Atlanta, GA and in 2005, moved to Greenville to be closer to her family. Since moving upstate, Brenda has started up four new subdivisions, sold out three of them and is working on selling out her fourth. Thanks to her extensive knowledge about new home construction, and as a new sales consultant, she is able to help home buyers find the new builds with all the quality features and amenities they seek. In addition to listing and selling homes, Brenda is talented in coordinating with developers, picking out beautiful color selections, demonstrating and staging model homes and conducting negotiations, preparation, and closings.
When she’s not selling homes, Brenda loves spending time with her teenage granddaughters and wandering through consignment stores to find just the perfect and unique piece to catch the eye.

JACK AND PATSY VAUGHAN
Jack and Patsy Vaughan are Greenville natives that met and started dating while in high school at Wade Hampton. They married while attending USC and had their first daughter, Heather, during senior exams. Their second daughter, Rachel, arrived two years later. After spending years in other fields, Jack began his career in cartooning, art direction, graphic design, and photography, and Patsy, working in banking, accounting and bookkeeping, gave in to the lure of real estate and the opportunity to finally work together. Many of the houses they sell are in Anderson, which as luck would have it, is where both daughters and all four grandchildren live. A win-win all around! Jack was born Presbyterian but became a Southern Baptist to get closer to Patsy, whose father was a Southern Baptist preacher. Not very subtle, but it worked. They both enjoy kayaking, mountain biking, hiking and being bad influences on their grandchildren.
